Members of our firm are leaders and experts in school district obligations to students, and particularly students with disabilities and other special populations of students. The Student Services team represents school districts in disputes involving the California and U.S. Constitutional protections such as Title IV and Title IX.

We also provide advice, counsel, and representation for school districts in all areas related to student services and balancing the rights and obligations of students, parents, and employees. This area of law is as large as it is varied, and includes:
