Julia Wolpert is an Associate at Orbach Huff & Henderson. Her practice is focused primarily on labor and employment matters. Julia also represents K-12 schools, community colleges, and universities in employment actions.
Julia has past experience in education law, advising school districts, community colleges, and affiliates regarding employment matters, student issues, the Educational Employment Relations Act, the Brown Act, and the California Public Records Request Act.
Outside of her profession, Julia enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their animals.
Julia received her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. She frequented the Deans List, was a trusted small group tutor, and published Concussions and Contracts in Cleveland University’s Journal of Law and Health.
As an Indiana native, Julia received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice/Criminology from Ball State University—completing both under 4 years as magnum cum laude.
