John P. Claudio is a Partner at Orbach Huff & Henderson. John specializes in all aspects of construction related litigation. With over 20 years of experience in construction litigation, John currently represents school districts, community college districts and private entities, including developers, in all aspects of construction disputes. Prior to joining the firm, he successfully represented general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect actions.
In addition to construction litigation, John also represents police officers in defense of excessive force claims and has litigated wrongful death, product liability and commercial litigation actions.
