John P. Claudio is a Senior Counsel at Orbach Huff & Henderson. John specializes in all aspects of construction related litigation. With over 20 years of experience in construction litigation, John currently represents school districts, community college districts and private entities, including developers, in all aspects of construction disputes. Prior to joining the firm, he successfully represented general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect actions.
In addition to construction litigation, John also represents police officers in defense of excessive force claims and has litigated wrongful death, product liability and commercial litigation actions.
When not practicing law, John enjoys taking his son to baseball tournaments all over California.
John received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law.
John is admitted to the California State Bar to practice in all state courts, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of California.
