Glenn N. Gould is a Partner at Orbach Huff & Henderson and has represented K-14 districts and other public entities for over 15 years.

In addition to having over 20 years of litigation experience in construction, real property and environmental matters, he also advises his clients on a wide variety of legal issues concerning these subject areas. Glenn also has experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of construction and business contracts with consultants and contractors, utilizing alternative project delivery methods.

Glenn also represents various public entities in trade union matters related to construction, including project labor agreements and skilled and trained workforce issues.

Glenn trains administrators, staff, and boards on the construction process and on avoiding claims and overruns on large-scale construction programs. He has also lectured and provided training on construction issues to public entities and organizations, including the Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH), the California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO) and the Community College Facility Coalition (CCFC). He is a 2016 recipient of the CASH Membership Service Award.
