David M. Orbach is an Equity Partner of Orbach Huff & Henderson and has represented public agencies for over 25 years in all aspects of construction, facilities, Board compliance and general liability. David is frequently called upon to help Districts in or on the path to receivership to bring their construction programs back into compliance and help push stalled or troubled projects to completion. David believes that in construction, claims and litigation it is always better to play chess than checkers and counsels his clients to take the long view rather than react to personalities or transitory distractions.
David recently demonstrated his mastery of construction by successfully assembling an IKEA dresser over a long weekend with no noticeable injuries.
David received his B.A. from U.C. Berkeley and his J.D. from Loyola Law School.
