We are pleased to announce Sarah Sutherland joined Orbach Huff & Henderson as a partner to lead OHH’s newest practice area: Special Education & Student Services. Sarah brings more than 15 years of experience in representing school districts and educational agencies deliver all facets of educational services to its students and families, specializing in special education and equity among target populations and charter school oversight. The Special Education & Student Services practice team brings to OHH decades of knowledge and expertise regarding our school district clients’ obligations to students and their families under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
