Daniel H. Abrahamian is a Senior Counsel at Orbach Huff & Henderson. Daniel has over 22 years of legal experience and is involved in construction and real estate matters. He has represented businesses and individuals concerning construction defect claims, real estate litigation, residential and commercial leasing issues, broker litigation, title issues, real estate transactions, and professional liability claims. Daniel is also a licensed real estate broker and Realtor®. Previously, Daniel represented healthcare providers in medical malpractice claims and was a managing attorney at a software company.Daniel was appellate counsel in Calderon v. Glick (2005) 131 Cal.App.4th 224 which held that a psychotherapist only has a duty to warn if the information communicated to the therapist leads the therapist to believe his or her patient poses a serious risk of grave bodily injury to another.In his spare time, Daniel enjoys outdoor activities including boating, hiking, camping, tennis and basketball.
