Andrew J. Wiseman is an Associate at Orbach Huff & Henderson. He is part of the firm’s complex construction litigation practice and public agency practice. Andrew is experienced in civil litigation having worked on numerous cases from inception through trial. He is also engaged in transactional matters, such as school facilities use, land use, and matters of real property. He is admitted to the California State Bar to practice in all State courts.

Andrew is involved in several aspects of construction law, ranging from drafting to contract interpretation, and disputes over delay on projects, payment disputes, mechanics liens, and construction defect claims. He also focuses on our transactional practice, with an emphasis on public agencies and their development projects. Andrew works with several school districts and school boards regarding business and procurement matters.

Andrew grew up in Orange County, California, and has called Southern California his home ever since. Andrew continues to plays tennis and basketball recreationally having played both sports growing up. Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Andrew received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. Andrew was an editor on the UC Irvine Law Review.
